Boswell No. 0026, Model: 0.5-12 (SOLD)

As seen in the October issue of Guitar Aficionado Magazine (see the review here).  Currently available here at Boswell Guitars.  This little box is right between a single "0" and "00" size.  It's small size makes for an incredibly comfortable box to hold and play, and may be one of the nicest little "couch" guitars I've seen.  Don't let the small size fool you though.  With Brazilian rosewood back and sides, and an Italian spruce top, this little box packs a punch!  Trimmed out in African ebony for the bridge, fingerboard, binding, and end-graft, while the peghead overlay and heel cap are both Brazilian rosewood.  This instrument is in near mint condition, and is available here in our showroom.  The Brazilian is incredibly straight on the back, with some fantastic spider webbing and figure for the sides, both of which are chocolatey and highlighted with emerald green streaks throughout.  The Italian top is incredibly fine, with a wonderful creamy white color.

Boswell No. 0021, Model 000-14

This guitar is just a little over 4 years old, but has been incredibly well cared for. Looks about new, with only a minor mark in one or two places that would probably have to be pointed out to someone unaware. The back and sides are old-growth, straight grain Brazilian rosewood, while the top is wonderfully figured Carpathian spruce braced with German spruce. This may not the loudest guitar I’ve ever made, but the tone is wonderfully sweet and articulate. A light strummer/fingerstyle delight. The deeper body makes for a big, boxy open low end, but without sacrificing any of the power and articulation in the mids and highs. Feel free to call or email with any questions.
