 Models

The Limited models build on the tradition of the Classic, adding even more adventurous artistry, tone wood options, and bracing designs. These models are for the player looking to push even further into the custom world. Top bracing options are designed around the needs of each particular player, and can range from forward shifted Classic designs to straight taper double X patterns. Back bracing is a traditional ladder style incorporating an additional perpendicular reinforcement bar for increased reflective stability. Along with the bracing patterns, the materials chosen for internal bracing, both top and back, stem from the tonal character in mind, and are selected to be complimentary of plate material. Rosette and end-graft are a matched ‘tiled-mosaic’, featuring materials already being used elsewhere in the build (often actual cutoffs from the back, the sides, etc.). The body, neck, and peg head overlay all use wood bindings, the heel carve is my squared design, and again, all hide glue construction. Tone wood options are:

Top: European spruce varietals, Adirondack, Tunnel Redwood (Tunnel 13/14, Lost Tunnel Redwood)

B/S: Madagascar RW, Presentation grade Koa, African Blackwood, Brazilian RW (I don’t use “The Tree”),
